All orders are processed and shipped within up to 5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Because many of our items are handmade, some pieces may require additional processing time. Any extended lead times will be clearly noted on the product page.

We ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on location and carrier and are not guaranteed. The Glassmith is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has shipped.


Fragile Item Notice

Glass is fragile. While we package items carefully, The Glassmith is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. The Glassmith is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

The Glassmith is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier.
